Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Parties and scope
These terms are between you and HopIn.IT sp. z o.o., ul. Marsz. Józefa Piłsudskiego 74/320, 50-529 Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0001117479, NIP 8971940626 (“we”, “us”). They cover the Figma plugin “Figback”, the Figback Capture Chrome extension and the license service. By using them you accept these terms.
2. The service
The plugin imports web content into Figma and exports Figma frames to HTML and CSS. The extension captures the tab you choose and saves a file to your computer. Pasted HTML and extension captures are converted locally. When the plugin cannot load a URL itself, our server opens the public page and returns the result to the plugin. Optional AI features send parts of the converted design (not your Figma file) to our server and our AI provider. See the Privacy Policy.
The output is a best-effort approximation of the source. We do not guarantee pixel-perfect results.
3. Plans
- Free: 10 successful imports per 30 days (failed imports do not count). Export to HTML is free and unlimited.
- Pro: unlimited imports, server capture beyond the Free quota (subject to fair use), and the optional AI features.
- Prices are shown on our website and at checkout before you pay, including any tax that applies.
- We may change features or prices for future billing periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
4. Payment and merchant of record
Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and handles VAT and sales tax. Stripe’s terms also apply to the payment. The seller of the software is HopIn.IT sp. z o.o.
5. Subscription and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time in one click in the Stripe customer portal, opened from the plugin (License › Manage subscription). Pro stays active until the end of the paid period; after that your license returns to Free.
- If a payment fails, Pro may be suspended until the payment succeeds.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
- If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content and services that start immediately, you lose that right once Pro access begins, but only if you expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose the right before paying.
- Refund requests and payment disputes are handled through Stripe under its policies and applicable consumer law. Write to support@hopin.it and we will help.
- Your mandatory consumer rights, including statutory remedies for digital content that does not conform to the contract, are not affected.
7. License and device limits
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software while your plan is active.
- One license key works on up to 3 devices. Do not share keys publicly or resell access. We may deactivate keys that exceed the limits or are shared. To free a device slot, remove the key from a device in the plugin (License › Remove key from this device) or contact support.
- Business use is allowed with your own key. Each person needs their own key.
8. Acceptable use
Use the service only with content you own or have the right to copy and convert. You must not:
- capture or import pages in breach of copyright, a site’s terms or privacy law (for example someone else’s private, logged-in data);
- use the service to infringe rights, phish, impersonate others or copy brand assets you have no right to use;
- reverse engineer the software, bypass license checks or device limits, or overload our servers.
Third-party content. A capture copies what the page shows: texts, images, icons, fonts, logos and frames of videos, canvases or embedded widgets (videos and embeds come in as a still image, not as the media file). This content usually belongs to the site owner or other right holders. The service is a tool: you decide what to capture and how to use it, and you are responsible for having the rights to do so (for example your own site, a client who authorised you, or a lawful use such as internal reference or redesign mock-ups). Converting a page does not give you any license to its content.
We do not review the content you import. Pages captured by our server are kept only in a short-lived cache (up to 10 minutes) to serve repeated requests, then deleted. We do not publish or reuse them. Right holders can report misuse to support@hopin.it, and we may block URLs or keys used for infringement.
9. Your content
We claim no rights in your pages, files or designs. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Exported HTML and CSS are yours, subject to the rights in the source material.
10. Third-party services
Figma, Chrome and Stripe are third-party products with their own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Figma, Google or Stripe. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.
11. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If the plugin cannot reach our license server, Pro keeps working for 7 days after the last successful license check, then falls back to Free until the next successful check. We may update the software. We may change these terms; we will announce material changes in the plugin or by email before they take effect, and if you do not agree you can cancel.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and your mandatory rights as a consumer. Within those limits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
14. Governing law and disputes
Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Otherwise the courts of Wrocław, Poland, have jurisdiction.
